Upcoming news first. I'll be at Con-Alt-Delete this weekend (Dec 18-20) in Rosemont, IL. Con-Alt-Delete is an anime, sci-fi, comic convention. This is my first time attending the show. Last weekend, I was at Ultimate Con in Chicago, IL. For every convention this year, I've been writing up a journal entry about the event, complete with photos of commissions done for people at the con. This weekend come out and see me at Mighty Con Milwaukee this Sunday, Nov 22. I'll be there with some of the group drawing prints and doing commissions on the spot.

Last time there was a plethora of artists and fans packing the venue. So come early and check it out!

I've been away for a while. I'll admit to losing some desire to come and post on Deviant Art. With Tumblr and my own site, it's lost a bit of it's glitter. But I've come back to share what I've been doing over the last year.

Also, I'm gearing up for a fun project starting Jan 1, 2016. I'll be posting a new drawing every day next year. EVERY DAY! That's a lot of stuff to draw. While I have a very long list of things that I want to draw, I want you to be involved too.

I'm opening up commissions and set up a shop here - www.hallopino.com/store/ - as a space for you to come and order drawings that you can keep of the characters that you love. I'm excited to see what you request, and the pricing is affordable starting at $10.

I see this being a fun journey and I'm looking forward to it.

I've been absent for a while. Mostly busy with work and side projects. 

Things have quieted down a bit and I can start sharing what I've been working on in my absence and some new things I'm working on as well. I'll try to spread it out so I don't overwhelm.
